I recently made a small order online as I needed a new mascara and as you do, you tend to add other items into your bag that you just do not need, so having said that I thought I should a blog post, showing you what I brought.
The first and initial product that I was going to buy was a full size Benefit They're Real mascara. I have been loving the mini deluxe sample that I had gotten as a magazine freebie a few months ago, and I am actually concerned that I would not have had a back up.
Benefit They're Real mascara retails for £19.50, but currently they have a mini deluxe sample which comes with the full size mascara!
I added the Urban Decay All Nighter Make Up Setting spray, as I used it a few months ago and I really liked it. It helped my make up to actually stay on all day without it creasing or settling into any lines.
The setting spray retails for £19.50

I also decided to try a new powder, now I do not know why but I have been on a powder kick recently, it is as if I HAVE to try all the powders that are currently on the market (which is ALOT!) but something about the new NAKED SKIN line by Urban Decay just screamed out to me.
I decided to buy the new Urban Decay NAKED Skin Ultra Definition Pressed Finishing Powder in MEDIUM LIGHT.

As you can see, the packaging of this compact has a gorgeous gunmetal and champagne finish. The top part of the compact includes a full size mirror and there is a separate compartment underneath the powder which holds the sponge applicator.
Plus the compact comes with a beautiful silk feeling pouch that is covered in a purple floral pattern.
This is probably one of the prettiest compacts that I have ever seen.
The powder retails for £22.

What products have you brought recently? I would love to know!

I have quite a long list of products that I have yet to review so to start things off, I am going to review a product from NARS.
I recently made an order off of ASOS and I brought quite a few make up products, one of the products I brought was the Marie-Galante eyeshadow duo.

The Marie-Galante eyeshadow duo is described as an 'iridescent orchid' and 'regal blue'
The shade on the left of the duo is a pale lavender purple that has a slight iridescence to it where as the shade on the right of the duo is a true 'jean blue' in my opinion, that has a slight purple sheen to it.
(one swipe, without using a primer)

As you can see from the photo above, the colour payoff is a bit sheer which is a disappointment but I think this is one of those eyeshadows that you would have to pack on quite abit, but nevertheless, I still love the duo and I know I am going to get some wear out of these shadows.
I do not have any purple or blue eyeshadows since I am kind of a 'neutral gal' so in that sense I am kind of glad that the shadows are not as pigmented but I know for sure that I will get a tad scared when using it. Of course the packaging is like all other NARS packaging, so it will eventually be covered in make up. The Marie-Galante eyeshadow duo retails for £25 but currently ASOS have dropped the price to only £17.50 (click here to purchase)
